We carry out property searches through out England & Wales on behalf of our Conveyancing Solicitors and other Search providers.
To this point we've completed over 10,000 property searches which have typically comprised of;
As you would expect we're members of IPSA and carry £2million pounds of Indemnity insurance.
In return for Search instructions we can work with your Practice to introduce Conveyancing cases and possibly PI referrals.
Additionally we're building a countrywide brand under the name NationalSolicitors (the website is under development at the moment - www.NationalSolicitors.com) aimed at providing a generic marketing franchise for solicitors.
If you're able to introduce searches to us we'll generate a "billboard" advertising campaign around your brand (a 3m x 6m advert in your home town can be a handy marketing tool).... 50 searches is the magic number.

I was reluctant to change to getting searches from you – simply because the competition is fierce and people do get used to using a search platform (e.g. we still use TM for our Your Move work) but I do think it is working really well and the results are coming back quick, the information is there and the price is right.....
