• Mortgage referrals (we'd organise a deal with a local broker who'll fee share with you).
• Subject to Ministry of Justice approval, and adherance to the relevant guidelines, you could generate Personal Injury & PPI cases.

In brief a Legal Brokers franchise will allow you to generate income from a range of different sources.

 

Plus ours is a white collar business that you can initially carry out from home. You'll need internet access, a broadband phone line and transport. It would be good if you had experience of the property market but we'll provide training and ongoing support.

 

Our Director, Jon Hilton, set up LBL approximately 5 years ago and turnover (from various sources) has exceeded £1,000,000. Jon's vision to grow the LBL brand is through franchising and he's looking for entrepreneurs and hardworking individiuals who want to create their own sucessful business.

 

In terms of the returns, using Personal Searches as an example, 3 orders per day will generate over over £4,000 per month in gross income. Three or four reasonable solicitor "clients" should generate these numbers for you.

Depending upon your location in the country we can also provide our own instructions to you. ie. work we'd ordinarily provide to third party firms we'd send to yourself. The value of this income could range from a couple of hundred pounds to thousands per month.

 

Franchising isn't for everyone. You'll need to be a people person and be prepared to work hard. No doubt you'll have annoying and frustrating days but that's part of growing and developing a successful business. It's worthwhile, though. It's allowed me to buy an aircraft and have flexibility with my time.  

 

The cost of the Franchise is £12,995 + VAT plus a monthly management fee. You could be up and running in 4 weeks if you wanted. We'd like to work with budding business people & will look at payment schedules, or financing, to get you onboard if you fit our profile.
