HIP Quotes.
We offer fixed prices for both the conveyancing and
the production of the Home Information Packs (HIPs)
themselves.
The figures for, freehold,
HIPs in England and Wales are;
- Preparation of the
HIP.
- EPC (Energy Performance
Certificate)
- Personal and Water
& Drainage searches.
- Office Copies
Total cost £295.00
including VAT (ie.£251.06 plus VAT).
For Leasehold
properties the cost becomes £330 including VAT.
In terms of the conveyancing
please refer to our conveyancing
page where our panel solicitors will be able to
offer you a combined HIP & conveyancing quote.
You can purchase the
HIP seperately if you prefer & then choose a solicitor
at a later point.
Payment.
It's cheapest to pay in one go.
Alternatively if you
do the HIP through ourselves, Legal Brokers, we can
offer a couple of different payment options.
Legal Brokers Ltd carries
£2 million of Indemnity Insurance & has
subscribed to the "HIPcode".
The individual responsible
for our HIP department is a lady called Sam Archibald.
Sam holds a Law
Degree & has her LPC.
