We offer fixed prices for the production of the Home
Information Packs (HIPs) themselves.
The figures for HIPs
in England and Wales are;
£295.00
including VAT (ie.£251.06 plus VAT)
for Freehold properties.
£330.00
including VAT (ie.£280.85 plus VAT)
for Leasehold properties..
- The HIPs include the;
- EPC (Energy Performance
Certificate)
- Local Authority Search
- Water & Drainage
Search
- Land Registry Title
information
- ...and a copy of the
Lease if necessary.
Additionally if you'd
like a conveyancing quote too, please refer to our
conveyancing page where
our panel solicitors will be able to offer you a combined
HIP & conveyancing quote.
You can purchase the
HIP seperately if you prefer & then choose a solicitor
at a later point.
Payment.
It's cheapest to pay in one go.
Alternatively if you
do the HIP through ourselves, Legal Brokers, we can
offer a couple of different payment options.
