We've been sucessfully trading for 5 years as an independent business.

 

Our core activities have been based around our Conveyancing referrals, legal marketing, HIPs (until recently) & Property Searches.

 

We anticipate the growth of the business, in the future, will be based around our Searches division and we're welcoming individuals who have the get up and go to both drive themselves and Legal Brokers Ltd forward.

 

We'll agree areas, franchise fee, reciprocal marketing agreements and as part of our nationwide work we can provide a certain amount of initial search instructions. Hence the search cases we receive in your territory will be passed to yourself as part of our growing, interconnected, network.

 

At the same time having, what we believe to be, a great "generic brand" we are able to offer a range of legal services under the Legal Brokers Ltd umbrella. ie. we're not simply a Searches franchise.

 

Depending upon your level of ambition you could also sell;

 

• White label Conveyancing
• Commercial Conveyancing referrals
• Wills & Probate
• Divorce services
• Mortgage referrals.
• Subject to Ministry of Justice approval, and adherance to the relevant guidelines, you could generate Personal Injury & PPI enquiries.

In brief a Legal Brokers franchise will allow you to generate income from a range of different sources.

 

Plus ours is a white collar business that you can initially carry out from home. You'll need internet access, a phone line and transport. It would be good if you had experience of the property market but we'll provide training and ongoing support.

Attention Lawyers..... we're working on a project where individual lawyers can join our "umbrella" network and work with their existing introducers (estate agents & mortgage brokers) to generate conveyancing cases and income.
