The only costs to keep an eye out for, on our quotes, are whether you are buying from a Shared Ownership company, whether the property is a New Build, whether it's Leasehold or whether your Lender needs any specialist Searches..... but you'll see these figures listed on our Quotes pages.

What's the next step ?

After selecting from the "buttons" above you'll be taken to a page which will ask for certain key information about your transaction. You'll be asked about the purchase, sale or remortgage amount.

Additionally the solicitor's will want to know when you'll be moving and whereabouts in the country you are moving too.

The "when" relates to any forthcoming legislation. For example you might need a Home Information Pack (HIP) in two months time. The "whereabouts" box helps the solicitor determine whether you might need any searches specific to your area. ie. Coal Mining in the North or Drainage Searches in parts of the south.

Also if your Mortgage lender wants an "old style" Local Authority Search knowing the area (ie. Somerset) means the solicitor can tell you how much it will cost.
