will want to know when you'll be moving and whereabouts
in the country you are moving too.
The "when"
relates to any forthcoming legislation. For example
you might need a Home Information Pack (HIP) in two
months time. The "whereabouts" box helps
the solicitor determine whether you might need any
searches specific to your area. ie. Coal Mining in
the North or Drainage Searches in parts of the south.
Also if your Mortgage
lender wants an "old style" Local Authority
